You can pay directly from the site with credit/debit card or ordinary/instant bank transfer. Once the payment has been processed we will process the order within the times indicated in the answers below.

In case of hand delivery you can block your bike with a 20% deposit and the remaining amount upon delivery.

You won't have to wait! Once the deal is closed, your bike will be available immediately for pick-up. As for shipping, our times are approximately 2 working days for preparing the package and 2/3 days for shipping.

Each bicycle is subjected to meticulous checks before being put on sale. Some examples include tightening the screws with torque wrenches to avoid damaging the carbon components. Or adjusting the gear change as well as checking the steering and bottom bracket bearings. Nothing is overlooked.

Do not hesitate to ask for all the information available. We are at your complete disposal. Always remember that it is the bicycle that must adapt to the owner and not vice versa. Contact us and we will provide you with the geometry of the bike.

You will have a guaranteed used one at a significantly lower price with the peace of mind of receiving a fully serviced and above all safe bicycle.

Buying used bikes from private individuals is convenient but always hides many pitfalls if you don't have the right knowledge.

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return the product for a store credit , a different product , or a direct refund to your original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must not have been used and/or modified

• Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use.
